Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BARKcoin.app (“BARKcoin”, “the Site”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What BARKcoin provides

BARKcoin.app is a web interface for Solana community tools, including:

Heaven / Solana Pulse — token discovery and swap routing via third-party liquidity sources (including Jupiter)
Hell / Graveyard — identification of declining tokens and tools to close unused SPL token accounts and recover rent
Market data, health statistics, and links to ecosystem resources

BARKcoin is a non-custodial interface. We do not hold your funds, private keys, or seed phrases.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local laws, taxes, and regulations.

3. Wallet connection and transactions

You connect your own wallet through a compatible provider (e.g. Phantom, Solflare).
Every on-chain action requires your explicit approval in your wallet.
You are solely responsible for reviewing transaction details before signing.
We are not responsible for losses caused by user error, incorrect addresses, slippage, failed routes, network congestion, or wallet provider issues.

4. Swap features (Heaven)

Swaps are executed through third-party protocols and liquidity pools. BARKcoin does not guarantee prices, execution, or availability of any token pair. Token prices are volatile. Nothing on this Site is financial, investment, or legal advice. Do your own research (DYOR).

5. Reclaim features (Hell / Graveyard)

Rent reclaim closes SPL token accounts and returns locked SOL rent to your wallet, subject to network fees and configured protocol fees (including a community BARK burn component as disclosed in the UI).

Important:

Closing an account with a remaining token balance may burn or destroy those tokens to complete the close operation.
If a token still has value and a sell route exists, selling before reclaim may be more appropriate than burning the balance.
Reclaim recovers rent (typically a small SOL amount per account), not the market value of tokens held in the account.
Some wallet types or imported tokens may not support all reclaim flows; use at your own discretion.

6. BARK token

BARKcoin (BARK) is a community token on Solana. Contract address published on the Site:

Token ownership carries risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. BARKcoin contributors make no promises regarding price, liquidity, or returns.

7. Third-party services

The Site integrates with wallets, RPC providers, Jupiter, DexScreener, and other third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We do not control and are not liable for third-party services.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful activity, fraud, or market manipulation
Attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Site or API without permission
Misrepresent affiliation with BARKcoin or impersonate the community
Use the Site in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited

9. No warranties

THE SITE AND ALL FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free code, accurate market data, or that any token is safe, verified, or free from rug pulls or smart-contract risk.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BARKCOIN COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTORS AND OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WALLET CONNECTION, SWAPS, RECLAIMS, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the BARKcoin community and contributors from claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Intellectual property

BARKcoin branding, site design, and original content are owned by or licensed to the BARKcoin community. You may not copy or misuse trademarks without permission. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law as determined by competent authorities. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
